Join our team We are looking for a Housing Services Manager to join our Housing Management team. About the role This key management role is central to our transformed Housing Management service and our ambition to be an excellent landlord. You will lead our tenancy sustainment, home ownership, and housing allocation services, overseeing and ensuring effective service delivery and building trust with tenants and leaseholders. You will drive improvements, promote tenant engagement, and ensure compliance with policies. About you We are looking for a highly skilled housing professional with a track record of leading teams and delivering service improvements. In this key management role, you will oversee the delivery and development of three key housing services: Tenancy Sustainment - embedding proactive support to prevent homelessness and sustain tenancies Home Ownership - managing right to buy applications, leaseholder services, and budgets Housing Allocations - leading a team of allocation coordinators to provide a smooth and efficient process for terminations and allocations We are looking for an effective leader with strong project management, communication and negotiation skills, and the experience to confidently manage multi-disciplinary teams. You will demonstrate a strong background in leading diverse teams and working collaboratively across departments and you will be adaptable, policy aware and committed to transparency, tenant engagement, and continuous development. A strategic thinker, you will have a passion for service improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality, integrated housing services.
