Finance Officer Guildford – HYBRID – Temp to Perm
£Are you a transactional finance professional looking for an opportunity to work in a meaningful company? We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a dedicated charity in Guildford, recruiting a Finance Officer.
This is a really exciting opportunity to help support the charity through a period of transition. The ideal candidate will have worked in transactional finance and have experience with all aspects of bookkeeping and processing. Having experience with Xero would be very useful and being competent in Excel is essential. We are only able to consider candidates who are immediately available or on short notice.
Experience with sales and purchase ledger processing
Strong system skills – Excel and Xero
AAT qualified
Immediately available or on short notice
Recording incomes onto Xero
Supporting monthly payroll for circa 80 staff
Performing daily bank reconciliations
Maintaining the fixed assets register
Supporting tasks such as credit control, month end journaling and archiving
Handling general account queries from suppliers.
30,000 per year + generous holiday allowance
