Sales Director – (Engineering/Refrigeration/UK & Global Sales)
Based: Leicester/Loughborough/Derby/Nottingham
Location: 3 days office | 2 days remote (Home or on the road with clients / BD)
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 + Bonus (upto 30%) + Benefits
The challenge. This role exists to professionalise and scale the sales function of this global R&D & Manufacturing group.
Ideal Candidate Experience
* 10+ years in industrial / engineering CapEx sales.
* Background in industrial refrigeration, HVAC or thermal management is a significant advantage.
* You will inherit a solid US foundation and a growing global distributor network.
* Clear mandate to move the business from a reactive, farmer-led sales model to a proactive, hunter-driven strategy.
* Focus on winning specification, embedding the company as the default standard in global OEM supply chains, and building a sales engine that scales internationally.
