Description
As the Oracle ERP Deputy Practice Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Oracle ERP practice. Working closely with the Practice Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, lead and develop our talented consultants, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and managed services. Your leadership, technical expertise, and client-centric approach will be key to our continued success and market leadership.
Responsibilities
* Support the Practice Lead in daily practice oversight and strategic direction.
* Lead, mentor, and develop consultants across Managed Services and Project Delivery teams.
* Manage team utilization, workload planning, and resource allocation.
* Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
* Ensure successful delivery of Oracle ERP projects and managed services.
* Act as an escalation point for delivery teams, resolving issues and mitigating risks.
* Collaborate with PMO and Delivery Leads to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
* Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on Oracle ERP solutions.
* Participate in strategic client discussions and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
* Support pre-sales activities, contribute to bids, and enable practice growth and expansion.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in delivering Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite implementations and support.
* Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, or relevant Oracle ERP functional areas.
* Proven leadership experience in leading teams, coaching, and managing consultants.
* Background in both project delivery and managed services environments.
* Excellent customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to support solution estimations, scoping, and pre-sales activities.
* Solid understanding of delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid).
* Commercial awareness and experience in contributing to bids and sales cycles.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud product updates and market trends.
* A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to knowledge-sharing within the team.
