Chef to help lead our kitchen team, drive standards, and shape our food
offering.
This is more than a support role, you’ll be a key part of
the leadership team, working closely with the Executive Head Chef.

What you’ll be doing

the Head Chef in running the kitchen day-to-day

What we’re looking for
* Experience
as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up

hands-on leader who leads by example

for consistency, quality, and presentation
* Strong
organisational and people skills
