About the Role
The main purpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guests while they are enjoying their holiday with us. Here in Guest Services, you will mainly work back of house on our telephone-based system, helping our guests have an entertaining and enjoyable break. You will assist guests in curating their stay by providing advice about our product offerings and local area. If things aren’t going to plan, you will help guests get back on track by using your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand the issue, logging feedback, and following up with the guest.
Within the guest services team, we also handle the check-in experience and meet some guests face-to-face to assist with their needs.
Normal working hours:
We are currently looking for full-time team members to join us in Guest Services. Working hours will be between 9am and 9pm on arrival days, and from 9am to 5pm on other days. We operate 7 days a week, so flexibility with days, start, and finish times is required to ensure a great guest experience.
