Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Kenilworth based client in their search for an experienced Payroll Officer to join them on a permanent basis. You will be working as part of a dynamic payroll function which is responsible for taking ownership of weekly and monthly payrolls from start to finish for 1000+ employees. This is an office-based position.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
1. Minimum of 12 months experience, working within a payroll department
2. Processing starters and leavers
3. Calculating holiday and national insurance
4. Calculating SSP, SMP and SPP
5. Payroll journals & expense calculation
6. Manual calculations experience
7. Query resolution
8. Up to date payroll legislation knowledge
9. Confident user of Excel
