This means we can offer both SEN Teaching Assistant roles and Mainstream Teaching Assistant roles, giving you the chance to work in settings that best suit your skills, values, and career aspirations. Whether you’re looking to support pupils with additional needs in a Specialist Resource Base (SRB) or play a key role in a mainstream classroom, there are multiple opportunities to build experience and make a real impact.
Roles Available:
* SEN Teaching Assistants – supporting pupils with additional needs in mainstream and Specialist Resource Bases (SRBs)
* Mainstream Teaching Assistants – providing classroom support across primary and secondary schools
