Specialising in commercial, residential, education and leisure refurbishments, we offer both traditional and design-build contracts. Our services include managing projects with budgets ranging from £50,000 to £10,000,000.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement Bloom Construction Group management framework
* Orchestrate day-to-day site activities
* Manage the flow of sub-contractor’s design information to suit the programme of works on site
* Review design drawings for build-ability and co-ordination
* Drive the very highest standards of quality
* Monitor and report progress internally to directors and externally to clients
Skillset/ Experience/Qualifications
* Experience in leading and delivering refurbishment projects
* Ability to build and manage construction programmes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Degree qualified or equivalent NVQ Level
