Service Desk Engineer

Salary: Up to £30,000 with additional 10% bonus
We’re looking for a Service Desk Engineer to play a key role in leading and supporting the performance of a strong IT Service Desk team.
You’ll ensure the delivery of exceptional support to customers, drive service quality, and act as the key escalation point for technical and client issues.
About the Role
On the Service Desk, you’ll be responsible for:
* Aiding daily team operations.
* Acting as an escalation point for technical and customer issues, providing support.
* Supporting customers with queries and being involved with a variety of tickets.

* Proven experience in an IT service desk or support environment.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience handling escalations.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently.

* A proactive mindset with a passion for improving processes and team performance.
* Bonus: Experience supporting IT for Hospitality clients.
