As a highly versatile and skilled Engineer, you will take on a multi-functional role within our growing team. Your responsibilities will include project management, technical authoring, product design, electromechanical engineering, product testing, and reporting. Key tasks involve developing, validating, and documenting new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting projects from concept to launch.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of a third-level qualification in a related field (Engineering, Product Design, or Applied Sciences), along with proven experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment. Strong skills in technical writing and documentation, a background in product design and development (preferably with electromechanical products), and experience in mechanical and electrical engineering principles are essential. Hands-on experience with product testing, validation, and compliance, as well as the ability to work across multiple disciplines and manage tasks effectively, are required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, are crucial.
Desirable skills include knowledge of heating technology or HVAC systems, experience with specifying products within the heating market, familiarity with industry regulations and standards (such as CE marking, ISO certifications), experience with 3D CAD software (particularly Solid Edge), and experience working with lightweight moulded polymer materials.
