An experienced and motivated Estate Agency Sales Manager is required to lead a successful estate agency team in the Crawley area: A candidate who thrives at driving property sales, winning new instructions, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Our client, a respected and growing independent estate and lettings agency in Crawley, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their residential sales operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a motivated team, securing new instructions, and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the sales process.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Winning new property instructions and expanding the branch’s sales portfolio.
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
* Conducting valuations and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategy.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.
* Generating new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
* Monitoring local market trends and implementing strategies to grow revenue.
* Managing performance reporting and contributing to branch targets.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Proven success in estate agency sales management or senior negotiation.
* Demonstrable ability to win instructions and close sales.
* Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
* Confident, organised, and driven to exceed targets.
* Excellent telephone and client-facing sales skills.
* Professional, articulate, and customer-focused.
* Good local knowledge of Crawley and surrounding areas (advantageous).
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
