The Role… At Soho House, as a Teeny Assistant you will ensure that all children in your care have their needs met while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in the Teeny Barn and our Teeny Pool. You will play a vital role in creating a fun and engaging experience for children while ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times in both areas. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. Previous experience working with children in a nursery, playgroup, or childcare setting Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and basic first aid. Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
