We are seeking a full time Growth Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing but smaller team for our Newark based client. This is a new role where you will leverage your expertise in B2B digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.
THE ROLE
As a Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing a demand generation program and campaigns to acquire and qualify new leads for the Business Development team. Key responsibilities will include:
* Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns using Salesforce Account Engagement to target and engage prospects across various channels.
* Evaluate and improve the current use of systems to measure and optimise the lead generation and marketing activities.
* Create compelling and targeted content for use in campaigns.
* Set up, manage and optimize campaigns through paid channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Review and Listing Sites.
* Develop a data-driven experiment approach to prioritize, test, and evaluate lead generation channels for our client.
* Monitor competitor sales campaign activities and successes with a view to staying ahead of the competition and their strategies.
* Track conversion and successes, via Salesforce, to optimise and improve the entire Business Development process.
