MS Dynamics 365 Business Central / Shopify support Engineer
Rate - £500 / £525 Outside IR35

Sanderson is currently working with an organisation who require a D365 Business Central/Shopify Support Engineer to bridge ERP and e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration, smooth operations and excellent support for business users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem solving skills and a customer focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Shopify platforms
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system integrations, data synchronisation and workflows
3. Liaise with support partners for issues that require 2nd/ 3rd line support and coordinate activities between partners where required
4. Collaborate with internal teams to analyse business requirements and implement solutions
5. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement
6. Assist with configuration, customisation and updates to Business Central and Shopify
7. Document support cases, resolutions and best practices for knowledge sharing
8. Train and guide end-users on system functionality and best practices
