Key responsibilities:
* Manage own caseload of mixed residential property matters from start to completion.
* Prepare accurate documentation and correspondence, manage case files and undertake regular reporting as required.
* Communicate directly with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear, professional, and timely information flow throughout service delivery.
* Carry out legal or process research and assist with reviewing and preparing reports or summaries as instructed.
* Comply with all relevant regulatory, quality, and internal standards and protocols, including GDPR, AML, SRA, or industry-specific guidelines.
* Proactively resolve queries, escalate issues appropriately.
Skills and experience:
* At least 3 years experience independently managing own caseload as a fee earner.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, showing professionalism and empathy in every client or team interaction.
* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in all work undertaken.
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn, adapt, and support team objectives.
