THE ROLE
Lead a high-impact HR Shared Services team delivering fast, accurate, and employee-focused support across two major regions. This role combines leadership, hands-on case management, and operational coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, growing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Case Management & Employee Support team.
* Ensure high-quality, timely resolution of Tier 0/1 HR queries and transactions.
* Oversee case triage, routing, escalations, and VIP case management.
* Drive accuracy and compliance in all HR transactions—onboarding, changes, exits, data updates.
* Partner closely with the HR Operations team and Malaysia HRSS hub to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service.
* Monitor KPIs and service quality, identifying opportunities for process and service improvement.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and regional employment regulations.
* Support operational planning, coverage coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance employee experience.
About You
* 6–7+ years in HR operations/HRSS with experience handling high-volume cases.
* 3+ years leading or mentoring HR teams.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, case management tools, and data accuracy best practices.
* Solid understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and multi-jurisdiction HR compliance.
* Experience handling escalations and VIP cases with professionalism and discretion.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset—you thrive in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills; fluent English is essential (additional German, Swedish or Finnish speaking is a plus).
* A passion for coaching, improving processes, and elevating the employee experience.
