Location: London Bridge 1–2 days in the office
Contract: Interim, 2–3 months
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR & Operations professional to provide interim support to the Global Director of HR. This is a critical position within our organisation, ensuring continuity and stability during a period of transition.
The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, bringing strong expertise in HR operations, employment law, and HR systems. In addition to HR responsibilities, the role also epasses operational oversight, including office management, where the workload can be particularly busy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide operational HR support across the organisation, ensuringpliance with UK employment legislation and best practice.
2. Lead and manageplex and sensitive employee relations matters.
3. Support organisational change initiatives and contribute to organisational development projects.
4. Oversee HR systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
5. Manage office operations, including coordination with third-party providers.
6. Contribute to organisational effectiveness by implementing best practice in HR and operations management.
7. Support project management and People & Culture initiatives.
8. Undertake job role evaluations and contribute to workforce planning.
Skills & Knowledge Required
9. Bachelor’s degree in Management or HR, CIPD qualified, or equivalent HR work experience.
10. Demonstrable people management expertise, with experience handlingplex and sensitive employment relations.
11. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
12. Experience in change management and organisation development.
13. Knowledge and experience in job role evaluation.
14. Expertise in organisational effectiveness and operations management.
15. Proven project management skills, particularly in People & Culture initiatives.
16. Experience in HR operations and systems management.
17. Preferred: Office management experience, including managing third-party providers.
