Purpose
To carry out administrative tasks required in support of the sales department and CPS network.
Responsibilities
* Answering the homeowner sales phone line and updating CRM lead database
* Answering the sales inbox (webform) and updating CRM lead database
* Ensure CSP receive pre-qualified and vetted leads.
* Assist CSP network with sample request as required
* Answering the commercial sales enquiry phone line, take messages and route calls as required
* Following up on potential leads
* Holiday cover for receptionist
* Good telephone manner
* Excellent written communication skills due to being customer facing first
* Attentive
* Punctual
* Able to work to deadlines
* Able to self-prioritise work
* Good Windows & Excel office skills
