Efficiently manage classroom resources to ensure smooth lesson delivery and maximise engagement.

Maintain open communication with students, teachers, and school staff to ensure seamless support and information flow.
Adaptability:
Adjust to different schools and teaching environments to provide the best possible education for each student.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (essential)
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred but not essential
* Experience teaching secondary school-aged children
* Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills
* Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, changing school environment
* Valid DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to work on short notice and travel across Borehamwood for assignments
