This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and supportive team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality claims outcomes across commercial and personal lines.The RoleAct as the main point of contact for clients throughout the claims journeyProvide advice on claims progress, settlements, and policy termsManage a varied caseload including Motor/Fleet, Property, Employers' & Public Liability, Goods in Transit, and Agricultural risksHandle delegated authority and non-delegated claims within agreed limitsLiaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and suppliers to achieve the best outcomesMaintain accurate and compliant claims recordsCollaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvementAbout YouPrevious experience handling insurance claims - ideally 12 months as a minimum (motor, property, liability and/or agricultural)Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseloadConfident, professional communicator with a client-focused approachHigh attention to detail and accuracyComfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systemsProactive team player with a collaborative mindsetDesirableExperience with Acturis or similar systemsWorking towards CII or CILA qualificationsNegotiation experience with insurers or suppliersWhat's on OfferSalary £32,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 from home25 days annual leaveSupportive team environment with opportunities for development
