Southdown is looking for an experienced Service Manager (Registered Manager) to lead our Alinora supported living service in Worthing, West Sussex — a friendly seven-person service supporting adults with learning disabilities to live full, happy and independent lives.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a dedicated team, maintain CQC registration, and ensure the highest standards of care and support for our clients. You'll champion choice, independence and inclusion while keeping people connected to their community.
