Salary: £57,790.45 per annum

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to join our team at HMP Wayland, a CATEGORY C Adult/Male prison.

HMP Wayland operates like a self-contained town, requiring hundreds of staff to keep it functioning. As part of the Facilities Maintenance Team, you will be committed to ensuring smooth and safe operations, impacting prisoners, staff, visitors, and the wider community.
As a Site Manager, you will work alongside experienced colleagues including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment.

We are a Ministry of Justice business providing critical services to HMPPS, seeking a candidate with experience in facilities management, budget management, staff management, and preferably experience in a prison or military environment. Recognised apprenticeship or two years of relevant experience is required. IOSH qualification and good health & safety knowledge are desirable.
