An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious Nursing Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home in the West Midlands. This is a home with strong foundations, a committed team, and a clear vision for delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build on an already solid platform, driving quality, occupancy, team engagement, and commercial performance while creating an outstanding experience for residents and their families.
Supported by an experienced Operations Team, alongside an established Deputy Manager, Administrator, Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, you will have the resources and support needed to make a lasting impact.
The Role
