This is what you'll be doing:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Working as part of the projects team to lead on installations and continuous improvement related duties
2. Implementing and improving preventive maintenance programs to enhance efficiency.
3. Planned and reactive maintenance duties on production machinery
4. Driving continuous improvement initiatives, analysing equipment performance, and identifying long-term solutions.
5. Maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
6. Assisting in engineering projects and installation of new equipment.
7. Documenting maintenance activities and ensuring accurate reporting.
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
8. Proven experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
9. A recognised Electrical qualification (NVQ, HND, or equivalent).
10. A strong electrical bias
11. Project experience
12. An understanding of health & safety regulations in an industrial setting.
13. The ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
14. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent teamwork skills.
