Job Description
Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and driven Aftersales Manager to join our client’s busy dealership in the Brighton area. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven aftersales professional to lead a successful Service and Parts operation within a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the aftersales department, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities

Managing the Service and Parts departments to achieve KPIs and profit targets.
*
Driving performance across Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts teams.
*
Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction (CSI).
*
Monitoring workshop efficiency, productivity, and utilisation.
*
Managing budgets, costs, and departmental profitability.
*
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards and company processes.
*
Recruiting, training, and developing aftersales staff.
*
Handling escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager or Senior Service Manager within a dealership.
*
Strong leadership and team management skills.
*
Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving performance.
*
Excellent understanding of workshop and parts operations.
*
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*
Full UK driving licence.
