Your Role
We are seeking a high‑caliber Project Manager - Supply Chain to join a newly formed Project Management Office within Stevenage. This role is critical to strengthening project management discipline, governance, and delivery control across the Digital Payloads portfolio.
This is a non‑technical PM role: strong project management capability is essential.

Qualifications
* Strong background in Project Management or PMO roles
* Demonstrated experience in:
o Schedule development and maintenance
o Risk and opportunity management
o Stakeholder management across technical and non‑technical teams
o Governance, reporting, and project controls
* Confidence to challenge change requests and delivery assumptions constructively
* Experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments (e.g. engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, digital, or defence/aerospace)
* High level of organisation, structure, and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills – able to influence without authority
