Placements & Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Weston-super-Mare (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Salary: £25,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)
Enigma Clinical Solutions and Beacon Haven are looking for a highly organised, people-focused Placements & Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Weston-Super-Mare.
You'll sit in the office and be the "bridge" between:
* Local authority commissioning / placement teams for our Ofsted-registered children's homes, and
* Nurses / support workers applying to work through Enigma into the NHS and other public sector services.
This is not a live shift-booking role, it's about co-ordinating referrals and candidates, keeping on top of emails and trackers, and making sure the right information gets to the right person quickly.
What you'll be doing
Children's homes (Beacon Haven & future homes)
* Monitoring placement referrals inboxes and portals
* Logging referrals and flagging good matches to the Registered Manager / RI
* Drafting and sending Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to local authorities
* Maintaining an up-to-date occupancy / pipeline spreadsheet
* Liaising with commissioners and arranging visits to the homes
Healthcare recruitment (Enigma Clinical Solutions)
* Advertising roles and screening CVs for nurses, HCAs and support workers
* Calling candidates to pre-screen (skills, availability, right to work, basic checks)
* Handing suitable candidates over to the compliance team with clear notes
* Keeping recruitment trackers and records accurate and up to date
About you
* Experience in recruitment, placements, brokerage or coordination (health / social care / children's services ideal)
* Confident on the phone and happy to speak to social workers, commissioners and candidates
* Strong admin and organisation skills – you like trackers, lists and things being "in order"
* Good written English – able to send clear, professional emails
* IT-literate (Outlook, Word, Excel, basic CRMs)
Experience in children's homes or healthcare recruitment would be an advantage, but is not essential if you can show transferable skills and the right attitude.
What we offer
* A chance to be part of a small, ambitious organisation that actually changes lives for high-needs young people
* Supportive leadership and clear processes
* Opportunities to grow with us as we open more children's homes
To apply, please send your CV and a short covering email explaining why this role interests you to
