Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from start to completion.
* Providing clear, commercially focused advice to a diverse client portfolio.
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in Commercial Property (essential).
* Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide practical, solutions-driven advice.
* A strong commercial capacity with an adept ability for business development.
