Job Title: European Road Freight Operator
Location: Tamworth, West Midlands
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for European Road Freight Operations from start to finish
* Dealing with FTL, LTL, Dedicated, Same Day, Express shipment bookings
* Quoting and pricing shipments, ensuring the best rates are secured
* Liaising with shippers, hauliers, and carriers to manage the transport process
* Managing key accounts, handling everything from booking to delivery
* Responsible for arranging timely and accurate documentation
* Completing customs import and export documentations
* Create and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience working with a leading freight forwarder
* Experience working on the European Road freight market
* Comprehensive understanding of the transport process from start to finish
* Ability to collaborate with customers to provide the best possible service
