My client is seeking a Student Liaison Administrator to provide a professional, weing first point of contact for students and staff at a teaching venue in Lowestoft.This is a varied, customer‑facing rolebining reception duties, enquiry handling and administrative support. You’ll work independently on site while being part of a wider central team, delivering excellent service and effective signposting to academic and student support services.
Key duties include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact via reception, email and telephone
2. Managing enquiries and signposting to relevant services
3. Supporting student services bookings and attendance monitoring
4. Maintaining accurate records and administrative processes
5. Liaising with college staff and maintaining on‑site information
About you:
6. Experienced in a front‑line customer service role
7. Confident working independently
8. Strongmunicator with excellent IT skills
9. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
10. Experience in Further or Higher Education is desirable
Additional information:This temporary role may involve lone working and an Enhanced DBS check is required.
