The Role
1. You will be part of a thriving Probate and Trusts team with over 15 in the team
2. This department deals with matters such as Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Court of Protection matters.
3. You will manage a caseload of probate and trust matters and be actively involved in business development and marketing.
Requirements:
4. You must be an experienced Probate and Trusts Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE.
5. STEP qualification or working towards it would be highly advantageous.
6. Excellent career prospects with a clear pathway for progression.
