This is a field-based role working in occupied domestic properties, completing EICRs, remedials and associated electrical works across a consistent social housing contract.
Id like to speak to anyone who has worked as an Electrician, Electrical Tester, EICR Tester or Domestic Tester within social housing or domestic maintenance.
As an Electrician, you will be:
* Completing EICRs in occupied social housing properties
* Carrying out remedial works following inspections
* Completing consumer unit and board changes
* Undertaking partial rewires and occasional full rewires where required
* Installing and altering smoke alarm systems, including radio-linked detectors
* Travelling across an allocated regional patch
* Recording completed works accurately

* 18th Edition
* C&G 2391 or equivalent testing experience
* ECS Gold Card preferred
* Experience in domestic or social housing work
* Own vehicle, test equipment and tools
* Ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence
