Job Description Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 Sponsorship Sous Chef – Luxury Care Home | £28,000 | 40 Hours per Week Excellent opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef with a background in healthcare catering. Our client is proud to offer a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join a beautifully appointed luxury care home set within stunning landscaped gardens. The service is known for its high standards, warm hospitality, and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for residents with a wide range of dietary needs. The successful Sous Chef will play a key role in delivering nutritious, well-presented meals that cater to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements, including allergens, modified textures, and specialist diets. Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, the Sous Chef will help to ensure meals are of consistently high quality, compliant with healthcare standards, and genuinely enjoyed by residents.
