About The Job
You are an advocate of our brand. In this role, and together with the team, you will:
1. Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience
2. Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers
3. Recruit, lead, and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion, and enthusiasm

5. Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities, directly impacting our growth and success
About You
You are an experienced Store Manager with:
1. At least 3 years’ experience in a multi-cultural retail environment
2. Experience in luxury, fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands
3. Excellent leadership and coaching skills
4. Digital proficiency
5. A winning personality to establish trust with customers, teams, and stakeholders
6. English language skills
