Reports to: Head of Services
Summary of Position
Responsible for providing onsite service and support to customers. Acts as mobile field service engineer on assigned open tickets to resolve customer affecting technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction.

- Increase service profitability through efficient stock and call management
