Key Responsibilities –
•\tIdentify new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and acquiring new clients.
•\tDrive company growth and profitability through new market opportunities.
•\tManaging the full sales cycle from lead generation, submitting credit proposal applications to underwriting which include analysing financial statements and assessing credit risk.
•\tAnalysing client needs to structure appropriate finance solutions, negotiating rates terms and conditions.
•\tSupporting your colleagues through the administration and operational process and maintaining the CRM system as required.
•\tCommunicating via email and telephone with potential clients (existing clients and suppliers) to introduce our diverse products and services we can deliver.
•\tBuild long term and evolving relationships with lenders and suppliers.
•\tEnsuring all activities comply with company policy, legal requirements and FCA Regulations.
•\tFollow up new business opportunities generated within the company.
•\tAttend meetings, industry events and travel to meet clients as required.
•\tEnsure total customer satisfaction through attentive, detailed engagement.
•\tBuild a respectful and trustworthy relationship with our lenders.
Skills & Experience required -
•\tProven experience, typically with 2-5 years within asset finance or leasing.
•\tExcellent communication skills (written and spoken) and strong interpersonal skills.
•\tThe ability to keep good records through our CRM system and operate good practice.
•\tAn outgoing personality with a team player attitude and ambition to win.
•\tAbility to work effectively with multiple targets and deadlines.
•\tExcellent eye for detail and ambition to go the extra mile and be recognised for it.
•\tFull UK driving licence
•\tThe ability to analyse company information, understanding debt serviceability and appropriately structure deals.
•\tStrong and confident negotiating skills.
•\tAbility to work withing a team and independently.
