Protocol Education is working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded secondary school in the Sunderland area to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Science for a fixed-term position commencing in September 2026 and continuing until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to develop a passion for the subject and achieve their full potential. The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
* Be passionate about raising attainment and supporting student progress.
* Have the ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
* Work effectively as part of a collaborative teaching team.
