Offer description

Nurture Teachers – Across the Curriculum | Salford
£26–£30 per hour (PAYE)
1:1 Relational Teaching | Flexible Hours | Immediate Start
Are you an EYFS, primary, or secondary teacher ready to rediscover the joy of teaching — without the burnout?
We’re looking for compassionate educators across Salford to work one-to-one with pupils outside of mainstream education. You’ll support both learning and wellbeing, helping children feel safe, confident, and ready to re-engage with school life.
Teaching takes place in calm, nurturing environments — homes, libraries, or community centres — so you can focus on what matters most: connection, confidence, and curiosity.
If you’re seeking a more flexible, meaningful way to teach and want to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you. 🌱

Competitive pay of £26–£30 per hour (PAYE)
*
Meaningful, low-stress teaching that has real impact
*
Freedom to teach relationally and creatively, without rigid constraints
*
A supportive team that values wellbeing as much as outcomes
What you’ll do
*
Deliver personalised 1:1 sessions in core subjects (English, Maths, and more depending on your specialism)
*
Support academic progress alongside emotional regulation and confidence building
*
Create a calm, nurturing environment where learning feels safe and achievable
*

Work collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to promote long-term success
We’re looking for teachers who
*
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*
Have experience in EYFS, primary, or secondary education
*
Understand how to support pupils with SEND, SEMH, or EBSA
*
Are empathetic, adaptable, and attuned to different learning styles
*
Believe in personalised teaching and the power of strong relationships
*
Have an interest in nurture-based or trauma-informed practice (training provided)
This role could suit
*
Teachers seeking a more balanced, meaningful way to work
*

*
Retired or part-time teachers who still want to make a difference

What we offer
*
£26–£30 per hour (PAYE)
