You’ll be the go-to for all things Cloud, DevOps, and Security hiring – trusted to own your function, work directly with stakeholders, and help shape hiring strategy as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing:
* Own end-to-end hiring for niche tech roles: Cloud Engineers, Security Architects, DevOps, Platform, and more
* Act as a partner to senior stakeholders – not a CV chaser
* Build out the internal talent function alongside ops, brand and tech leads
* Use proper tools: ATS, sourcing platforms, automation, branding budget – all sorted
* Option to get involved in D&I, talent branding, and strategy if you want to step up
What you’ll bring:
* 2+ years’ experience hiring in Cloud/Security/DevOps – agency or internal
* Strong communicator who builds trust quickly and can manage hiring independently
* A commercial mindset and drive to constantly improve how talent is done
* Ideally some internal or RPO experience, but open to strong agency backgrounds too
