Anderson Green Ltd is a leading privately owned Building Services Consultancy and we have a permanent vacancy and opportunity for a Trainee Revit Technician based within our Leeds Office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will provide technical support working collaboratively in a multi-discipline team consisting of Buildings Services Designers, Building Physicist and Document Controllers on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors, delivering services from feasibility through to detailed and fully co-ordinated design for installation purposes, RIBA stages 0 to 5.
Duties will include:
* Produce both 2D drawings and 3D models with our team of Building Services Engineers
* Modelling and drawing co-ordinated Building Services i.e., ductwork, pipework and electrical services using REVIT MEP and AutoCAD Software
* Revise and update models/drawings as required
* Learn and follow BIM protocols
* Create and amend Revit MEP Families, Objects, Tags, Annotations
* Create legends, schedules and templates
* Liaise with clients, professional teams, contractors and staff
Preferred Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
* Interested and confident to ask questions
* Organised with a flexible attitude
* Responsible, punctual, reliable and hard-working
* Problem-solving abilities
* Grade 4 or above (grade A-C) in Maths and English
* Interest in the Construction Industry and Building Services
* Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage
