In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic development and execution of marketing plans that bring the brand to life within premium retail environments. You’ll work across global locations, creating best-in-class customer experiences and delivering targeted campaigns that generate footfall, sales, and brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain retail marketing calendars across multiple markets. Create and implement marketing activations to support boutique sales. Optimise visual merchandising and point-of-sale (POS) strategies. Ideate and manage in-boutique events to enhance brand engagement. Analyse customer data to drive loyalty and repeat sales. Collaborate with teams to align global retail experiences with brand goals. About You Experience in premium retail marketing or luxury brand environments. Familiar with clienteling and creating opportunities in retail Strong campaign execution track record. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
