About the Role As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will: Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons to pupils in Years 3–6 Provide targeted support to pupils who may need additional help Assist with classroom management and organisation Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Support small group activities and interventions Help prepare learning materials and resources About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience working with children (school-based experience is desirable but not essential) Is confident, patient, and committed to helping pupils succeed Can work collaboratively as part of a supportive school team Has good communication skills and a positive attitude Holds (or is willing to obtain) a valid DBS on the Update Service Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
