1. Basic Salary £36,400

What you will do as a Roadside Vehicle Technician:
17. Carry out roadside repairs, diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support
18. Respond quickly to breakdown calls, providing efficient and effective solutions
19. Troubleshoot and fix a range of issues including flat batteries, tyres, and electrical faults
20. Engage confidently with customers, offering excellent service and reassurance
21. Make decisions on the spot to resolve a variety of roadside problems
22. Use your technical knowledge to diagnose complex vehicle issues under pressure
Requirements for the Roadside Vehicle Technician position:
23. Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
24. At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
25. Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills
26. Full UK driving licence
27. Mobile mechanic experience preferred (but not essential)
28. Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and variety of roadside challenges
