37.5 hour week - 26 days holiday + Bank

The Role
Are you an IT and telecoms professional with a passion for solving technical issues and delivering exceptional service? Were looking for a versatile and proactive Technical Engineers (1st/2nd Line) to join our growing team.
Responsible for resolving a wide range of technical issues, supporting cloud and on-premise systems, and contributing to infrastructure projects. Youll also act as a key escalation point for the Support team and help shape best practices across our IT services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud telephony platforms.
Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and security improvements.
Liaise with customers, partners, and suppliers via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Contribute to documentation, compliance, and service continuity processes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

The Person
Experience in IT/telecoms support or infrastructure roles.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based systems.
Experience with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and mobile/telephony platforms.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills in a B2B environment.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
A passion for customer service and continuous improvement.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Associate) are desirable.
