Responsibilities
* Assist with the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment on major retailer POS & IT equipment.
* Learn to diagnose and resolve issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
* Provide friendly, professional on‑site support to customers.
* Develop practical IT and hardware knowledge through structured training and real‑world experience.
* Configure and install applicable software.
* Perform routine checks according to documented procedures.
* Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
* Motivated Junior Field Technician with a genuine interest in technology, IT, and gaming.
* Strong interest in technology, IT, or gaming.
* Recent college or university leaver (ideally).
* Willingness to learn and get hands‑on with technical equipment.
* Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
* Reliability and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* Full clean UK driving licence.
