Established in 2005, Surrey Cardiovascular Clinic is an independent cardiology clinic specializing in the early diagnosis, investigation, and treatment of all forms of heart disease. With a team of over 15 visiting cardiologists, heart surgeons, and renal physicians, all top in their fields, combined with advanced clinical facilities and professional staff, we are committed to providing excellence across a wide range of services. These services include state‑of‑the‑art investigations such as Cardiac CT for Heartflow and FAI (CaRi heart) and coronary plaque volume assessment, stress Echo, stress testing, and blood testing.
This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The role is based in Guildford, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with healthcare professionals, ensuring patient satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks. The role involves communicating with patients and medical staff, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and managing our small multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience in client relationship management and customer service
* Organizational skills and ability to handle administrative tasks efficientlyFamiliarity with healthcare industry practices and patient care coordination
* Ability to work independently and in a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements
* Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field is preferred
* Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is an added advantage
