The Role - Sales Progressor You'll be at the heart of the sales process, ensuring transactions progress efficiently from offer to completion. From liaising with solicitors to supporting clients, you'll provide a professional and reassuring service every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: Progress sales through to exchange and completion, managing the process proactively Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth communication Provide regular updates to all parties involved, maintaining excellent client relationships Carry out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation Resolve queries and troubleshoot delays with a solution-focused approach Maintain accurate records and update internal systems regularly Work closely with negotiators and management to achieve successful outcomes The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Sales Progressor, Sales Negotiator or within a conveyancing/estate agency support role Strong understanding of the property sales process from offer to completion Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure Confident in handling multiple transactions and priorities Knowledge of AML procedures and compliance (essential) Personable, professional, and highly organised Why work here?
