Job Introduction
We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join our Toyota Dealership in Stratford‑upon‑Avon.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis (8:30 to 6 pm Monday‑Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Saturday and 10 am to 5 pm Sunday).
Benefits include use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000.
Role and Responsibilities
* Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customers’ expectations through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
* Maximise opportunities through prospecting, following‑up calls, inbound telephone enquiries, walk‑in prospects and internet enquiries.
* Maximise profit by achieving the monthly KPI’s for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add‑on products.
* Adhere to the Company’s FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
About You
* Previous experience as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
* Ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers.
* Potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
* Hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
* Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
