Are you a driven, people-focused sales professional ready to make an impact? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected organisation with a strong presence in the training and development sector. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to strengthen their commercial team and build strong, long-lasting relationships with client companies.
About the Role
As a key member of the Sales & Marketing function, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our client's full range of services. Your consultative sales approach will support new business development while also nurturing existing client relationships. Working closely with the wider management team, you'll help ensure the organisation operates seamlessly and delivers an excellent customer experience.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Deliver a first-class consultative sales experience across the full portfolio of services
Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to wider team goals
Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations using various media
Maintain regular and effective communication with prospects and clients, accurately recording interactions in the CRM system
Manage a personal pipeline of opportunities to ensure consistent progress and achievement
Write and present tailored business proposals
Conduct sales meetings, both in person and virtually
Gather and share market intelligence to support strategic planning
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
Support and participate in events, staff meetings, and open days
Assist in organising and delivering promotional events and activities
Adhere to company policies on health & safety and quality management
Perform other related duties as required
👤 About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Results-driven with a strong background in sales and client engagement
A confident communicator, capable of influencing at all levels
Organised, proactive, and skilled in delivering persuasive presentations
Experienced in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
A collaborative team player with a strong customer-first mindset
Experience in the training or education sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
💷 Salary & Benefits
£32,500 per annum
An attractive bonus scheme dependent on achieving sales KPIs.
Pension scheme which is 5% employee contribution and 7% Employer contribution
